Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped on working days only from Monday to Friday. Due to Covid-19 restrictions worldwide, orders can take up to 48 hours to be shipped. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be emailed to you. All orders will be trackable online via the selected courier service.

UK Orders

All UK orders are shipped with DPD, Royal Mail or Parcel Force. A signature will be required on delivery. Orders will be delivered on weekdays Monday to Friday. The is a delivery charge of £5, however on Orders above £65 delivery costs will be covered by us.

International Orders

We are able to ship orders to all countries worldwide. International orders are shipped with Royal and Parcel Force depending on the country. Delivery times will vary depending on the country.

EU SHIPPING

Items are delivered and tracked via a courier service.
Standard EU shippingcosts £13.50 (or Euro equivalent subject to current foreign exchange rates) and is delivered within 5-7 working days

North America

Items are delivered and tracked via a courier service. Standard US & Canadian shippingcosts £24.50 (or USD and CAD equivalent subject to current foreign exchange rates) and is delivered within 10 working days.

UAE

Items are delivered and tracked via a courier service. Standard UAE shippingcosts £23.50 (or AED equivalent subject to current foreign exchange rates) and is delivered within 10 working days.

Customs Charges (International Only)

Please note that you may incur additional customs charges if you are ordering internationally – Adonis London Cosmetics is not liable for these charges and the customer will be responsible for clearing all charges to receive their order.

Packaging

As our products come in Glass Jars – these will be securely packaged upon delivery to ensure protection of the products.
