If for any reason you wish to return your order, refunds for unused products, still sealed within their original packaging, are accepted up to 14 days after you have received your order. We accept returns of items purchased on AdonisLondon.com only. Please note you will be responsible for return shipping charges in this instance. When the item is safely received by us, a refund or replacement for the item/s only will be issued. We recommend selecting a tracked postal service for peace of mind, please remember to keep hold of a proof of postage receipt. If an item is lost in the post without proof of postage we will not be able to refund you. Please email info@adonislondon.com for detailed returns information.

Order Errors / Exchanges

If you ordered an item in error, or you would like to exchange an item, we will be able to offer a refund or replacement only when the item is returned to us unopened, and still sealed within its original packaging. Order Issues

If a product arrives damaged we will be able to offer a replacement or refund for the defective item/s. If the product needs to be returned to us, we will cover the costs of the return postage. Please email info@adonislondon.com for further information and assistance, and we will work quickly to rectify any issues.

Sale Items

We do not accept returns for any items purchased on sale. All sales orders are final.

Can I cancel my order?

We are able to cancel an order in full, up to 24 hours after your order has been placed online. Please get in contact as soon as possible if you require an order cancellation. Please email info@adonislondon.com for assistance. Due to our expedited production and shipping process, we are not able to cancel orders after 24 hours.
